As part of our business activities, we process certain personal data. We take your privacy seriously. You will find all the relevant details in this document.

Personal data processing is primarily governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons concerning the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR).


B. When You Make an Inquiry

If you reach out to us via our contact form on the website, email, or social media, we process the information you provide. Typically, this includes:

  • Your brand name

  • Your full name

  • Email address

  • Phone number

We use this data to respond to your inquiry and assess whether we can work together. If we don’t end up collaborating, we’ll delete your data within 3 months of our last conversation.

C. When We Work Together

If we start working together, we’ll process additional details to deliver your project smoothly. This includes:

  • Billing & contact details

  • Project-related files (contracts, creative briefs, logos, etc.)

  • Other relevant info (stakeholders, coordinators, and key people on your team).

We need this data to deliver your project, issue invoices, and comply with legal requirements (like accounting & taxes). We store billing records for 10 years (because tax laws say so).

💡 If our project involves filming or photographing people (employees, event attendees, models), you as the client are responsible for obtaining their consent for being recorded. We don’t handle this unless agreed in writing.

📌 Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (performance of a contract) and Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR (legal obligation).

D. How Long We Store Your Content

Final project files (photos, videos) are delivered via a secured online gallery, which also serves as a backup for 1 year after project completion. After 1 year, the online gallery will be deleted. If you wish to keep access beyond this period, you can extend storage for 365 Kč per year.

Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their files upon delivery. We recommend storing them on multiple devices to ensure long-term access.

E. Use of Content for Portfolio & Marketing

We’re proud of our work! So unless we agree otherwise, we may use selected final project outputs (photos, videos) for portfolio purposes, including:

  • Showcasing work on our website

  • Sharing on social media

  • Using in marketing materials

📌 Don’t want your project featured? No problem — just let us know in writing before the project is completed.

F. Who Has Access to Your Data?

We protect your data, but we do use trusted third-party providers to keep things running smoothly. Some of these services process limited or encrypted data, including::

These service providers are either within the EU or comply with the Data Privacy Framework for international data transfers.

G. Newsletter & Marketing Communication

If you sign up for our newsletter, we’ll send you updates on B2B visual branding, content marketing, and creative insights.

H. Your Rights Under GDPR

GDPR gives you control over your data. That means you can:

Request details on what personal data we process.
Ask for access, corrections, or deletion of your data.

Request a copy of your processed data.
Withdraw your consent at any time (e.g., unsubscribing from emails).
Object to processing if it’s based on legitimate interest.

If you believe we’re not handling your data properly, you have the right to file a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů) or seek legal action.

We do not have a Data Protection Officer (DPO), and we do not use automated profiling or decision-making.
